I used to think I would end it all
And that life wasn't supposed to make sense.
If God ever decided to answer my calls
Life wouldn't be such a fragment sentence.
See, I was smiling but breaking down
All while hating what the doctors diagnosed.
If couldn't sleep but I couldn't cry too loud.
Sometimes it's the biggest smiles that crumble the most.
But now I know what it means to love myself.
Everyday I'm learning in new ways.
Finally opened up to feel the arms of everyone else
And I dont listen to what the devil says.
I survived.
