All the leaves so green,
So very green.
All the animals so tame.
So very tame.
Every plant and tree,
At our disposal.
We can run free,
As free as the wind.
We walk here,
In consuming happiness.
Through this beautiful garden,
All to ourselves.
Yet something else hides,
Abiding its time.
Watching our happiness,
Observing our flaws.
It sees our greatest fault,
Trust.
Yes, we trust too willingly
It knows it.
It uses it against us,
It creates doubt.
But we do as it says,
We make our 1st mistake.
Now we walk,
Where animals aren't tame.
Where leaves turn brown,
And fall to the unfertile ground.
Where everything is hard,
And we must work.
Pain consumes our happiness.
Death claims our freedom.
Evil has spread,
All because of us.
We are the fruit.
We created this lions din.
