It's ok man to curl up and cry

It's ok to show your pain to your mates
It's ok they might have it too
It's ok to say I can't take the weight
it's ok man, to be struggling through

It's not ok to ignore your feelings
It's not ok anymore
It's not ok to become a statistic
It's ok man, crack open the door
