I can't remember what I am
I don't recall what I'm here for
You're making it hard for me to grow
When you keep asking for my sunlight

I can't refuse
You need it more than I do
You can't deny
That you're extorting me

I find that I usually can't move
Since I'm stuck trying to fix all of your problems
This isn't supposed to be my job
But I can't refuse

You know I can't refuse
I wish for you to understand
To take notice of my pain too
But you're selfish
I hate this
But I don't hate you
I hate myself
Because I can't refuse
