Since childhood I've always wondered why people do what they do. Or more importantly why do they not do, what they want to do!

But first a little about myself. After 48 years I'd  like to think I've learned a few things. And with that my parents would say, I still have alot to learn.
That always reminds me of what Tony Robbins says, 
The power of CANI 
Constant And Neverending Improvement 

Growing up in Boston for most of my childhood certainly taught me to weather the storms! Not only the four seasons but learning to navigate through a tough chilhood divorce and lossing my sister at a young age. 
Though all that I managed to sail through the toughest of storms. Not sure if it was just plain luck or many Angels on my side. But as I look back it was probubly due to being 

"A product of my environment"
You see my parents always provided me with the tools to succeed but it was up to me to actually use those tools. 
Life tools are great but if you don't use them they're just junk on a shelf for someone else to pick up and use.

You see as tough as the storms were in my life I mostly, not always, knew how to take a deep breath and ground myself. By doing so I was able to regroup and take action.

And with that being said it's time to take our minds out of Neutral and #putitindrive 

Chapter 1 
What gear are you in?

Most of us are just existing. Living day to day, not really being productive. Living for Holidays and birthdays. Then being disappointed when they are not as wonderful as you hoped they would be. 
Gosh that almost feels like your gear is in Neutral.

That's why the chapter title is in the form of a question.

ALWAYS be taking your inventory, know what gear your in!
By doing so you can be more self aware of your attitude, emotions activity, goals and relationships.

Life is like driving
You unlock the door
You put the key in the ignition 
You start the car
You #putitindrive 
You control the speed 

In the end it's up to you to make adjustments during your life journey!
