Hey stranger, 
come and walk with me. 
For we are walking the same direction, 
heading towards the same destination, 
so let us walk each other home, 
let's keep each other company. 
Hey stranger, 
come share your song with me. 
For what lightens our burdens, 
smoothes our road, 
so let us make our walk home easy, 
and make it as pleasant as can be. 
Hey stranger, 
is this not the best way to travel;
arm-in-arm in our same direction? 
For beneath the sky and trail-dust, 
we are kin, 
two people simply walking each other home.
