I love your passion and its a pleasure for you to share this and hopefully you will continue this. To not give you any constructive criticism, would deny you on ways to focus on from here out. I believe there are storytellers or the writers with prose. Both too which are special authors. I get the feeling youre excited about whatever this is that your writing and felt compelled to share it because deep down youre really excited about it. I can relate. Im new on this site, so I dont know if people give helpful advice, for e.g. if theh love what you submit and share why, that person is so valuable and you should try to keep in touch with that person because later on youre going to need a book launch and at least 20 readers giving you feedback. Anyway, it needs to be edited badly. Good news is most writers rely on editors and authors seem to be brilliant authors because of the editor they obtain. Also, writing as much as you can, while also reading as much as you can, fitting this into your busy schedule is a must. I learn more and more about writing each day. Im a storyteller and a terrible writer. i only care about the story. Ive only been published since September, so there is a lot of time to learn by incorporating prose into specific genre books. If you messages me, I would edit your submission before you submit it on here for shits and giggles. pay it forward. however, I think you should continue to post just as you write because its raw and youll read it 6 months from now and not recognize it. You can also practise with writing prompts each day. you'll be suprised to learn which bestselling book and movie came from writers resonding to a writing prompts. im not sure if i can say where, but keep in mind that a platform that has really creative prompts pushes you passed your limits. If you find you're thinking about this story when you're not writing, that means it's special. keep writing. My most valuable tip for you is this: When you have the story in your mind, write it all down for your first draft. never go back to correct anything. NEVER REWRITE your first draft. if you change your mind, just keep writing and incorporate it for the rewrite when you take the whole mess of the first draft, make sure its coherent, and write your first rewrite adding those things in and continhe with your story. Alwayd depend on your instincts. There wjll be many moments when you look at what you just wrote and say, "Holy shit!" Thinking how did you just write that. Btw, the hardest part about writing comes after you write the novel, depending on whether you self-publish or write query letters to agents, so you can reach out to big publishing houses. I just held you hostage, sorry about that. Goodluck and i hope, even if you're a hobbyist writer, that writing provides happiness for you it does for me.
