Some stories would start with protagonist's birth,  someone's first day at something.

Mine started with burning house. MINE house.

While I was coming home with groceries, I noticed a commotion coming in the direction of my house. Dreaded with fear, I rushed immediatly to see my house burning, lighter than a Christmas tree. I ried to see if my parents were okay , but some cop shmuck decided to stop me.

- Don't go in there. For your own sake, kid.
- FUCK OFF, THAT'S MY PARENTS OVER THERE!!!

I escaped from his grasp, only for him to call some lackeys of his. After like 15 mins of struggling, they had managed to calm me down with some sort of sedative. As I was losing conciousness, I  heard someone speaking "poor kid"
