Last week on Friday, Judge Kavanaugh was confirmed as a Supreme Court Judge. In spite of his inappropriate behavior, it seems that our government in the United States is hell bent on continuing it's corrupted and selfish paths. Had two members of the Democratic party changed their votes, he would not have been confirmed. I suppose we'll have to see if he can prove himself to be a capable Justice in the Supreme Court. I know I seem to be harsh on him, but the fact remains that I don't like the idea of having someone who is partisan and has shown dishonesty direct to the faces of the people he is supposed to answer to. The allegations of sexual assault, weren't is important as the fact that he lied about them. Certainly I would never damn anyone to the kind of behavior Christen Ford mentioned during her hearing. It is important to the victims who have been attacked. She was made into victim, by her own will to come forward. Whether the allegations are true or not, we'll never really know.
Kavanaugh, showed blatant disrespect to the system. I wanted to always believe that people could change, but now it seems it may have reached the highest offices of the United States. All I can say to Kavanaugh, is I hope he's willing to show true bipartisanship and decency while inside his new office. Know that we will always be watching to see the true character who is beneath the mask. Are you willing to be the kind of man you want to be? Do you have the courage to stand up, when you notice wrongdoing? These are two questions I hope he can answer, because he'll need that answer.
