Dear Diary,

I do believe that this will be my last entry, I don't have long to live. The poison running throw my veins is already making me feel sick. My hands are shaking so bad I can barely write this but I have to tell the world what happened.

Oh how did it ever get this far. I thought that it was only a joke at the time. I didn't think she'd actually take it seriously. Augh, my head is so clouded I can barely get my thoughts straight. 

How can a commemt so seemingly harmless become the reason I am dying?

Ach, I can't spend any more time bemoaning my fate I have to tell the world who my killer is before it's too late. They can put the rest of the peices together later.
