In the shadows 
Hidden from the light
With the darkness in your eyes
How can you love
When you are blinded
From the beauty inside 

You have a cold stone heart
With frost bite in your soul 
Your eyes are filled with shards of glass
And you are alone
Why even try
When you can not see
The beauty inside
how can you love 
If you are blind
Blinded from the beauty inside

Trying to find peace on a open road
There is grey skys ahead 
And you are alone
You try to find her
But you are looking at a outer shell
You are just a man
In a black hole

How are you not seeing this
She is beautiful on the inside
You broke her heart to many times
She still comes back to love you
How can you love if you are blind
from the beauty inside

Love is just a word to you
It means nothing 
But to this world it means so much more
It means life
It is to die for
You have love in your life
And you use it like trash

How can you be so blind
