So as you guys knew, Pikachu forgotten Ash in this episode (The real one) and retrieve it's memories again after Ash saved him. Right? And everything is back to normal. BUT in this story I'm gonna change the story a bit. ENJOY!

Normal POV
After Ash jumped into the river to save Pikachu, Ash fell unconsious and Pikachu remember him as soon as he felt Ash's hands that were hugging him when they drowned in the water. Pikachu woke up, gasping as he looked at Ash full of wounds and feeling warm..
"Pika!" Pikachu shouted but Ash still stood still, not moving a bit. Brock, May, and Max came to see Ash and Pikachu. "Pikachu!" May said "Do you remember us, Pikachu?" Asked Brock "Pi!"(Yes) Pikachu said. Then Pikachu remembered Ash "Pi pi ka chu pika pikapi!" (Guys! Ash is in trouble. He is hurt!) Pikachu said as he was panicking. "Woah woah slow down Pikach- wait are you saying Ash is hurt?" Brock shocked and worried after he said that "Pi!"(Yes) "Where is he now?" Max asked. Pikachu ran to Ash and the others followed him until they found Ash lying down on the floor of rocks. "Ash!" They all shouted and ran to him, Brock lay down to check on Ash while the others shocked and so worried about him. "He was full of wounds!" May said. Brock put his hand on Ash's head and quickly pulled his hand "He's got a quite bad fever" "ThenWhatDoWeDo?!" May asked as quickly as possible until she doesn't know how to breath "We need patch his wounds and keep him cool until the fever's out" Brock exclaimed "But how? There is no Pokecenter nearby here" May said. Then it started to rain, Brock felt Ash getting warmer every second "Ash! We need to find a cave" "Over there" Max said as he spotted a cave just in front of them. They quickly ran into the cave and sat Ash's sleeping bag. Brock put Ash into his sleeping bag as Max and May bring some water to cool Ash's fever down while Pikachu froze seeing Ash. 'Why did I forget him. This one day I only waste our time only hanging out with Team Rocket and hurting Ash.... Why do I feel so stupid?!' Pikachu thought, Max came to Pikachu and said "It's ok Pikachu, It wasn't your fault" May and Brock nodded. "Pikapi ka pika... Chu" (But Ash is sick because of... Me) "No Pikachu. Ash save you from drowning into the lake after Team Rocket's balloon pop" Brock said, patting Pikachu's head. Pikachu just nodded but still have a bad feeling about Ash. Brock sigh and look to Ash who having a hard time breathing and feeling hot. The sky is dark right now. They already have some dinner. May, Max, and Brock have already slept about an hour ago, but Pikachu was standing beside Ash who was asleep. Then Ash mumbled "Pi.. ka.. chu" in a weak voice, Pikachu could see Ash's fever is rising again as Ash dropped the wet cloth that May gave to him. "Pika pi!" (Ash!) Pikachu took the wet cloth and put it on Ash's head again "Pi... Ka... Pi..". Then Pikachu saw Ash's eyes opened slowly. Pikachu gasped to see his trainer waking up so he get nearby to see Ash. 
Ash's POV
I felt hot all these times but when I woke up I felt a similar voice. "Pikapi? Pika pika chu..." My eyes are still blury and it cleared in seconds. It was... Pikachu. I tried to get up but my body hurts everywhere until I saw my body full of bandages. "PiKaPi!" Pikachu said as he ran to me "Pikachu..." I said wanting to hug Pikachu but then I remembered before that Pikachu... Forgets me. I backed away from Pikachu and asked "Do you... Remember me Pikachu?" "Pi!" Pikachu said, slowly came nearby me but then stopped. "What's wrong Pikachu?" I asked "Pikapi... Pika pika pi chu?" He asked "What? No! I never hate you Pikachu. You are my best buddy after all" I said, smilling at Pikachu, hugging him. Then I feel some tears fell to my back. "It's ok Pikachu. I forgave you" I said calming Pikachu down "Pi...ka". "Now let's go back to sleep so we had more energy tommorrow" I requested and Pikachu nodded. Pikachu sleep beside Ash and then asked "Pikapi pi ka chu pi???" "Yes Pikachu. I feel better already" I replied, smilling and Pikachu nodded. We slept just for minuites and no nightmares.
Normal POV
They woke up very early as well as Pikachu and Ash. "Hey Ash! Are you feeling better now?" May asked "Yup! I am good as new!" I replied "And let me guess... Pikachu take care of you for the night?" Max said "Pikachu!" (Yup). "Here's breakfast" Brock said as he give everyone his masterpiece cooking. Pikachu tummy growled, can't wait to have some food. "Eat up Pikachu" Ash said. An hour later, everyone finished their food and Brock asked "So Ash, where are we going to?" Ash chuckled and said "The next city here we come!" Everyone laughed at Ash, especially Pikachu and they all went to the 'next city' together.
