Joker moseyed on down main Street of Gotham city smiling more then usual. Joker strolled over to the fruit stand on the sidewalk. An elderly man standing there observed his unusual smile: Joker grabs an apple smelling the freshness of it before taking a huge bite "you seem more Happy then usual?" He asks: joker devours the piece of apple throwing the rest of the apple on the ground. "Last week me and Harley: robbed the Gotham trust bank! I kept a lookout for Batman. I got suspicious when he never arrived!" Joker plucks a few grapes gobbling them down "so I started getting careless when the bat never showed : so I did a bank job by myself. As I walked out of the bank: out of the blue I was attacked literally knocked out I thought the flying rat was back." Joker says as the old man listening. So I drag myself back home to find Harley is having one of temper Tantrum's. I wasn't in the best of moods after the day I just had! All I could do was plop myself in the chair: Harley comes over giving me the third degree on how I lost my smile and I was not the same villain I used to be. So she kicked me out the next thing I know I'm walking down the street in the middle of the night. Looking for a place to stay!" Joker says lighting up a cigarette the old man not paying attention to much anymore as the joker already owed him two dollars. "So what happened next?" He asks Joker shrugs his shoulders "next day I woke up on penguins couch: I watched him eat breakfast scarfing down two for fish. Trust me his place is pretty crappy: so I walked out getting the sewage sludge out of my shoes. When I ran into Harvey dent: who told me he was on vacation. That man is so two faced!" Old man shakes his head in dismay "so did you ever find out who attacked you?" Joker nods " yeah it was Catwoman: you know Batman is my arch nemesis: sometimes I feel sorry for him!" "Why is that?" He asks "Well sometimes we are just assholes" joker says wondering off down main street of Gotham.
