Today I woke to a tremendous pain,, I was hopelessly lost, and couldn't think.
As I sat there in the cold, hungry, shakeing, and lonely,
,The shadows of homelessness fell down upon me,.
So I hung my  head, as I questioned myself, why? Why me?  I try and try to deal with  my pain, as people just stare, while  there  passing me by.
And I hear the hurtful things that the heartless speak, As there words of hate whisper through the Winds of change.
It makes me numb with no feeling at all,
As I stare of in a daze with no were to go.
Homeless and hopeless,  is  a  sad place to be, but I played  the cards that this life had dealt me,
the pot was big and the stakes were high,
And the bets I placed Well I lost em all.
So with those things I had lost, that I held in my heart, the choices I made, left me hopeless and torn, and they weighed  heavy on my mind, as I prayed.
I prayed for peace, love and hope, a life full of health , a friend and a home, And that all the hate in the world would go away.
After I prayed I glanced up towards the heavens, i saw my name flashing there in the sky, while the age of old fell upon my soul, I knew right away that my time was up,
For the prayer I prayed, God answered with a call.
And Just before I took my last breath, I had visions of what I had and what I had lost,
And it was there in heaven I opened my eyes, 
I had everything I prayed for, along with an eternity of life.
In the days  I was homeless and hopeless, that i suffered trough in life, well I left them there on Earth to forever be Frozen in time.
