Dandelions and dragonflies
Have a magical Shimmer
when high off of the effects
of starvation
The wind will carry leaves like a painting.
But it will bite you,
so your hair will thicken
and your skin will swell to protect that thin muscle
That outlines your bones
Your joints will Creek and crack
careful how you walk the highest setting in
careful what you say
the hunger eat your soul away.
Aches and pains through your rib cage
Hil bones almost to sharps
for your paper thin skin
Your eyes they will sink in and lose there hollow shine
