People really think it's that easy to say whats happening in our lives and head but even if someone lived thru the same thing they come different then you that's why it's even harder to speak up cause no one else can do anything unlike you so you gotta understand your own feelings and situation before explaining yourself and I'll admit that I didn't know to do that and result of a lot of things ending and starting just trying to help people is almost for nothing well depends on the person if they want help so if they come to you then they do some they'll try their best and you do the most you can to extract the best from that and know they did their best now you can either hold it and hate them and yourself for it or realize why think like this when you got that person to talk to yes it might be to do it but if you want the best for you hop over that hurdle and ask for help there's people willing to help that people will care respect and love you from everywhere even me as I type this is willing to help cause everyone has had their experience of this asking for help even if you didn't want it they got it out there from you like Ive had my time of being on both sides of this so realize people are around you even at your darkest hour people will show up and its up to you to choose to pick up and say yes for help or do it yourself and still feel alone when really everyone there is for you cause we are made the same and there's 7.5 billion people around one will listen realize fate wants you to go on they got you like that others do to
