WitchCraft Academy | P5
- Potion 101 -

Parker was walking me to class since his was beside mine. During our walk I seemed to get weird looks which made me slightly insecure. Questions flooded my mind because of them.

'Do I look weird? Is there something on my face?'

I looked at Parker with a puzzled look, as he seemed to notice the stares I was getting. Some were even glares which made me more confused.

He leaned in and whispered in my ear. "You seem to be getting a lot of attention.", I heaved a sigh shaking my head. We've started hearing whispers around us when he did so he stepped back a little but not too far.

"It's really weird, my first day in this academy and I've already been the topic. Does this always happen with new students?", I started fiddling with my fingers, ignoring the stares and glares they were giving me.

"No, I don't think so...", he brought his hands to the back of his neck and intertwined his fingers together. "Don't worry, this won't last long...I hope.", he gave me a reassuring smile when he opened the dark oak door to my class.

"I'm glad you're my assigned guide.", he lightly chuckled at that and my lips curved upward as I stepped in. "I'll see you later Mads!", I flinched at the nickname but recovered immediately.

I looked around the room and then looked at my schedule.

Parker said we only had 1 class together and it was after Potion 101 and History, I guess I could survive without him for a while.

I looked back at the class to find them all staring at me as well, I started walking around trying to find a seat...and a partner. Which may be hard, because I think they hate me or something.

As I pass by a few empty seats, they either place a bag on the seat or just glare at me so I take it they don't want me to sit with me. I continued walking until I reached the back of the class, the last empty seat was beside a girl with green eyes and long eyelashes, she had long, layered auburn hair that reaches her lower back. Soft, and freckled complexion. She was a beautiful girl and she wasn't like the other people who were staring and glaring at me, nope. She just looked at me and smiled, patting the seat next to her.

I sighed in relief and plopped myself down the seat beaming her a bright smile. "Thank you.", I said, my smile growing wide.

"It's no problem, why are they looking at you funny?", she pointed at the people in front of us who were busy talking about who knows what—probably me.

"I don't know, I'm just as confused as you. Maybe even more. I'm Madison.", I held out my hand offering a hand shake, she gladly took it and gave it a light shake. "I'm Agatha.".

"Nice to meet you. You're the second friend I've made today and I'm glad.", she raised her eyebrow. "Who's the first?"

"Oh, my roommate and guide. His name is Parker, you know him?", she lightly gasped at what I said and it was my turn to raise an eyebrow. "Parker?! As in Parker Woods?! Blonde hair? Brown eyes with Dimples and loves Japan?", She said wide-eyed and I narrowed my eyes at her, nodding.

"Oh my witchy!", I snorted at the words she spoke. "Your roommate is one of the most awesome wizard in this academy! Along with Keith Falaster, Jordan Laswick and Xavier Harrowood!"

"Oh wow....I...I met them earlier...All of them....Keith, Jordan and Xavier were the ones who picked me up from my home. Maybe it's one of the reasons I've been getting stares and glares....I bet Parker knows about this whole thing.", I hissed through gritted teeth.

Agatha held up both of her hands. "Don't go and kill me, it's not my fault.", she said looking down at my hands tightly gripping the wooden table. "Sorry.", I muttered sliding my hands off the table and letting them fall to my sides.
