This fiction piece takes place in a small town in South Carolina. This town's name is up for debate, but I'm thinking about "Tali". Anyway, the story revolves around a secret society made up of seven people and their leader. These people have the God-given right to exact revenge on wrongdoers, and the name of their organization is "Retribution", in honor of their purpose. The police force and government are more than aware of their existence, and the mayor and governor allow them to take justice into their own hands if the court fails.
Some conspiracy theorists believe Retribution to be a cult of sorts, but they are rarely believed on this matter.
Listed below are the Retributionists:
Morgan Languell is the leader of Retribution, who shoulders the burden of keeping his subservients' morals in check, and ensuring that no action taken against a criminal is too extreme. He is a kind and fair soul, and leans more towards helping those who have been hurt, rather than murdering the serial killers and stealing from the thieves.
Marley Reynolds is Morgan's right hand man. He is cold, analytical, and sometimes cruel, and he will do anything to satisfy his ambitions. This often becomes a problem for him, and his lawyer definitely does not appreciate it. He is mostly the one taking out the targets with violence.
(Use Tigerstar as a reference personality, and "Meant To Be Yours" as a possible theme song.) 
Eileen Quinlan is a young soul with a thirst for adventure and a short attention span. She is very close with Orian and Uma, like a sister to both, and is able to convince anyone that she's on their side.
(Use Demencia and Mimi as rough reference personalities, and "Wanderlust" or "Can't Be Tamed" as a theme song.)
Orian van Klaasen is the brains of Retribution; everyone has a part to play down below, and you bet he does his job right the first time. He helps Morgan plan raids, and he is quite an advantage to have in a group, as he is a skilled hacker.

There's not much to say about Kerry Almila; she is the vegan gardener of the group, always trying to get the others to side with her. Needless to say, her attempts never work, especially with Marley and Kyall. She's generally a nice person, if a little pushy, and she takes on an aunt-like role for her fellow retributionists. Additionally, as a bit of a clean freak, every scene she's left has been cleaned spotless, with no evidence that she was ever there.

There's always someone who seems a little too chill, almost to the point where people can get suspicious of drug use. Kyall Jansons is that guy. This description may make him seem useless, but his personality allows him to be more aware of nature and how people think. This proves to be a great advantage when tracking down wrong or even psyching them out and confusing them.
Uma Krylova is that mom friend who you can talk to over tea whenever you need some emotional support. The skill she brings to the table is distraction, able to turn the tables of a conversation with a silver tongue.
Last, but not least, Nikolette Talionis is the descendant of the town's founder, Alexi Talionis. She is considered the outcast of the group, and is highly disliked by Marley. Her years of lurking on the outskirts of town have earned her street smarts to outweigh even Kyall's. She is also the stealthiest of the society, almost to the point where no one would notice her in an empty room.

Oh, right. Meridian. As Niko's self-proclaimed best friend, she moved into the underworkings of Town Hall with the intention of becoming a Retributionist. This plan fell through almost immediately, as "a consort is highly unnecessary". Rumor has it that she's had "relations" with about half of Retribution already.
