One day a fox was walking along side the the river when all of a sudden he saw a scorpion trying to cross the river. The scorpion noticed the fox and scurried to him and asked him "Dear friend fox, please I beg you, help me across the river"? The fox looked at the scorpion and said "No because you'll sting me". The scorpion frowned and and replied "No I won't, that whole kill us both". The foxed sighed and motioned for the scorpion to get on his back. The scorpion crawled up to the foxes back and they began to cross. A little ways across the river became a deeper. "Please move to my head" said the fox and so scorpion moved. As they reached the middle of the river, that's where it was the deepest. "Please get on my snout so that while I hold it up to breath you won't get wet". The scorpion did so and they continued across. Not even a few feet away the scorpion stung the fox. The toxin was quick to activate but gave enough time for the fox gasp "why, now we're both going to die". As they both started getting swept away the scorpion said "I couldn't help it, it's within my nature". In the end they both died

For those who know me face to face you'll know that there are some things that I can't help. It's in my nature
