The affinity I had for her fixed my lonely selfhood
To a towering mast sailing nude and rude.
I ache seeing I can’t control my desire
My head, my face, my sex, are a burning fire
The craven hunger in me longs for her fierce heart
Being a punk rock, anti-establishment, work of art.
A pin-up girl with a secret I’ll soon learn
Could also be the twin of actress Hepburn
And so, I gave her my heart, my happiness, to hold and keep,
But, a loss of innocence had showed our drugged deficiency.
Anger, jealousy, greed, and hate
Now made up our permanent state.
I was blind to the knife she put in my back,
But she didn’t know that I wouldn’t take that crap
Eyes seeing red, they watch her fly back,
Up and over the couch until there heard a smack.
