"what is your name" I asked her
"Andrea" she replied while pressing her face into my chest
I patted her head. I could feel her shaking like she was crying. So I let her let it all out. She cried for 10 mins and now she is sniffling. 
"I'm sorry warden. They made me do it" she said
"Do what Andrea" I replied 
She pulled away and looked up at me her eyes all puffy. Even though she had been crying she was still incredibly beautiful. 
"My master ordered me to keep you busy so they could take care of the girls that are with you. But I cant lie to you. You accepted me for what I am and didn't treat me like I was below you." Andrea said.
I grabbed her shoulders tight. "Tell me who your master is" 
"You are hurting me. Let go" she complained
I squeezed harder. "If you don't answer me I will actually hurt you."
My anger was rising with every passing moment. I could see the fear in Andrea's eyes. But I didnt care. Demora and Eva were in danger and I have to help them.
"The innkeeper" she stammered out
I let her go and ran. Ran as fast as I could to the room. I had my sword pulled the moment I made it to the door. The door was cracked. I slowly pushed it open. I could hear manly voices inside. 
"Get your filthy hands off me" said a woman. "I will fucking kill you bastards" 
The voice came from the bathroom. I slowly made it to demora's stuff and grabbed her sword. I crept to the bathroom door.
"Don't worry about your guy pal coming back to save you. He is being preoccupied by a dryad right now. We are going to have our way with you and then kill you." Said a man's voice.
My rage was getting the better of me the longer I listened to the man. I could hear Eva crying as clothes were being ripped. I leaned back and kicked the bathroom door open and skewerd the man in front of it.
I twisted the blade and ripped it out. The man dropped to the floor. Fluidly I swung my blade cutting off the head of the man ripping off Eva's clothes. The 3rd man came at me planting a blade in my side. Before he could pull back I swung down cutting off his hand.
The last man was over demora's naked body with his hands on her breasts. He let go of her and put his hands up in surrender. But he was not going to get off that easy. I unsheathed demora's blade and put a blade through each of his legs. He fell to the floor.
I grabbed towels and gave them to the girls so they could cover up. 
"Are you 2 alright?" I asked them
"Ya you got here before they had their way with us. Thank you" said demora
I blush came across her face as she looked at me with a stare. I turned away and walked out. I don't need this right now. I made it out the door before I collapsed to the floor. Oh ya I was stabbed in the side. Demora and Eva came running out in their towels. They got me rolled over and eyed the blade. 
Demora firmly grabbed it and pulled it out. I let out a loud grunt to the pain. She had Eva hold part of her ripped up shirt on the wound to stop the bleeding. I was bleeding bad and if it wasn't stopped I would bleed out. But we had nothing for these type of wounds.
"Shit shit shit" yelled demora "we don't have anything to stop the bleeding. He is going to die.
I looked up at Eva and see she is crying while holding the shirt to stop the bleeding. I place my hand on her cheek.
"It's ok at least you are ok and free. You and demora get out of here. The innkeeper will soon realise his men are dead and will send more" I told her.
"I'm not leaving you master" said Eva 
"G-g-go I'm not going to make it and I need you 2 to be safe" I said coughing up blood. "I'm glad I could of done something good before I died"
Eva just screamed while crying. I looked up and saw demora fighting back the tears. Sadness taking over her eyes. She was beautiful even though she tried to get into my pants all the time. Maybe I could of grown to love her but it seems like it's too late now.
My eyes were getting heavy and it was getting harder to breathe. I could still hear Eva crying as I started to slip in and out of consciousness. I hope they get away so I don't die in vain.
I shot up and looked around the room. How am I still alive. I looked to my left and saw Eva asleep in another one of my shirts. I felt where I was stabbed and the wound was gone. I was exhausted so I laid back down facing Eva. I just laid there looking at her. Dark elves were beautiful maybe not as much as high elves but close. Her eyes open slightly then shot open. I quickly place my hand over her mouth keeping her quiet. She calmed down and relaxed. I removed my hand. 
Eva smiled at me with a tint of pink on her face. I gave her a slight smile.
"I don't know what happened but thank you for staying with me" I whispered to her.
She covered her face so I couldn't see it so I assumed she was embarrassed. I pulled her in close enclosing her in my arms. She was small compared to me but she didn't resist. She got her arms free and wrapped them around me. 
We laid there quietly for what seemed like forever til I felt demora's gaze burning a whole in me from behind. I could just lay here and pretend I'm still asleep but knew she would wake me up anyway. I let go of Eva and turned to demora.
She was standing there staring me down. She decided to steal one of my shirts too. It was barely long enough to cover her. But she did look good in it. I gave her a smile. "Hello darling" I said
She jumped on top of me wrapping me up in her arms. I could hear her crying into me. I place my left hand on her back rubbing it til she was just sniffling. 
"I was so worried about you" she said muffled into me
"I'm sorry but what happened after I lost consciousness last night" I asked her while rubbing her back.
She let me go and sat up on me just staring. She looked at me with hesitation like she didn't want to admit what happened. I didn't want to force her. I gave her a smile and reached up and brushed a few strands of hair out of her face. She froze her face starting to turn red. I grabbed the back of her head and pulled her in planting a kiss on her forhead. I don't know why I did it but I felt I needed to. Demora didn't move except resting her hands on my bare chest.
She didn't look up at me. Her fingers ran along the scars on my chest. I had quite a few from previous altercations. But demora has never seen me injured let alone my scars. 
She finally looked up at me with such a sad look. What have I done to affect her this way. She gave me a faint smile.
"You can't do this to me it's not fair. You keep me at arms length and I assume you are not interested in me but then you hug me and even kiss my forhead. You even risked your life to save me and Eva." She said through tears.
"I only saw you as a means to an end. I just needed to have a child with a strong man. You were perfect in every way but you rejected me everytime. Us battle maidens are not supposed to love. We reproduce to survive." She brings her hand down on my chest.
"But you have never taken advantage of me even when I threw myself at you. I would not of denied you but you wouldn't take me. Why?" She said
I reached up and wiped away her tears. I stared at her for awhile and she started fidgeting. 
"Say something. Please" she demanded
I gave her a smile "it has been hard for me to keep you away. I struggled to keep my hands off you. It's not that you are not attractive. But I was hoping not showing interest would make you leave so i wouldn't have to drag you down with me." 
She covered her mouth trying to not cry. I sat up and repositioned her so I was looking her in the eyes. 
"I am not worthy of you Demora. You are beautiful and deadly in combat. What I'm doing is going to get me killed cause I'm going after someone who destroyed my life" I said.
Demora just stared at me speechless. Unless she said something I wouldn't know what she was thinking. After awhile she uncovered her mouth and she was smiling.
"I am the one who is not worthy. I could never compare to your strength physically and mentally." She said.
She leaned in closing her eyes and kissed me on the lips. It lasted only but a second but it felt passionate. As she pulled back her eyes opened again. They were filled with pure happiness for what she did.
I cleared my voice "can you tell me what happened after I passed out last night demora?"
"I told them to unsheath that dagger you keep in your bag" said a alluring voice.
I turned to see who it was and to my surprise it was Andrea. She was in her natural form. But her black dress was replaced with a short mossy green one.
"You did what" I yelled
I could see she was holding a ornate black dagger in her hand. The dagger was about 1.5 ft long from tip to tip. It had etched symbols on it that glowed red. I pushed demora off me. She fell to the floor with a thud. I went to Andrea and ripped the dagger out of her hand.
"You do not know what you have done. This dagger suppressed my powers for a reason. You could feel my power even though it was supposed cause you were close. There are being out there I needed to stay hidden from." I yelled at Andrea.
Andrea just sat there squirming in her seat. Dryads get off on being berated. So the more I yelled at her the more turned on she become. This was going nowhere. I sheathed the dagger again but the spell was already broken.
"I see the seal has been broken little pup" said a voice out of nowhere.
"You know it's rude to not look a person in the eyes when you talk to them" I said looking at the ceiling
In the blink of an eye a tall beautiful woman in a tight dress appeared infront of me. She had black hair with red streaks through it. Her red eyes just bore into me as I looked her over.
"Is this better little pup." Said the woman
"Yes why wouldn't I want to see your beautiful face when you speak to me" I said
She rolled her eyes and looked around the room at the other girls.
"I see you are building a harem" she said
"I am definitely not. Cause if I was you would be part of it" I told her 
"Is that a promise" she cooed
"Who is she, master?" said Eva walking up beside me
"She is Agna the goddess of death" I replied
The girls in the room froze at that comment. Eva cowered behind me trying to hide. I let out a loud sigh.
"Agna is not going to hurt you girls. Let's just say she and I are friends" I said
Agna's eyes flared at my comment. She took a step closer and put her hand around my throat. She lifted me off the ground.
"I am not your friend little pup. I am a goddess. I don't need a mortal as a friend." She hissed
I placed my hand on her arm.
"Sorry I meant lover" I said gasping for air.
She let me go and laughed. "You couldn't handle me if I gave you the chance."
I rubbed my throat "so there is a chance?"
"I should kill you for your rudeness. But you make me laugh so I won't this time." Said Agna
"Don't lie you wouldn't kill me cause you love me" I retorted kissing the back of her hand.
"Perhaps but you would never know" she giggled
The girls just stared in shock at the exchange between me and Agna. Demora finally came out of her shock and punched me in the back. I stumbled forward into Agna. The goddess didn't even push me away. Instead she hugged me and glared at Demora.
"If you don't want him I could just take him with me when I leave" she said
"No but that hit was for dropping me on the floor. Asshole." Said Demora
