I tried calling your name...

Though you claim you don't hear

I don't think this is a game

Please just respond to my pain

Even when you're not ever here

My voice in your head doesn't remain

So I sit and wait for you alone

Until I smell your favorite cologne

That's when I know you're home

I will call out your name to welcome

You from a busy day...

But you look past my face

And walk away

As if I were a ghost roaming around

Staying close as I am forever bound

I sit there

I stare

From where you came in

I remember when...

I used that portal

But now I'm stuck a weakly mortal

An ill being that no longer enjoys

But suffers in her once lover's silence

I'm paralyzed by your ruthlessness

You don't give care of my uselessness

Just mumble and curse of my name

As if I were an old, ignorant thing

As if you struggle with yourself

But I'm not really going on much, too

I hope that you will be able to tell

But I'm somewhat one you will repel

So you won't ever know...

That I'm also in the same boat

That I'm just as depressed

That I'm just as desperate

I can't cling onto what I held dear

That dearest whom turns a blind eye

Though It wasn't like this before

I remember when we walked...

Happily walked through those doors

Everytime I've called out your name

You'd smile and call out my name back

That was then but now isn't the same

Soon again I call out your name

Still you don't give me your attention

Your devoted heart for me I began

To know is in...

A forever suspension

I still sit there and stare

At that door you barely make it out of

I know you can't forever cling onto

The nature without

Me at your side

Though I know you don't dare

To give me one glance only...

Just one glimpse of a glare

And when I'm finally giving in

Giving into the angels whom call out

My name

Therefore they say

It won't be long before you cry

And call out my name

Once I'll be forever gone...

Now you walk in from that door

From a busy day

You can barely stand

You can barely breathe

You don't seem so irritated anymore

Is it relief?

You were finally able to look at me

Like the angels said...

You call out my name once I leave

And as the angels said

You will  be calling my name once...

Your corpse no longer sheds a single

Tear

As it lays besides mine

And last the angels said

We'll be back calling each other's name

Once we're both dead.
