For all you runners out there, here's a little trick to help you when it happens. So you are running along and you get a sudden side cramp. What's the best thing to do. To be honest curling up in a tiny ball will only make you feel more in pain. What you should do is almost the complete opposite. Put your hands above your head.Whenever I run and get side cramps I put my hands on top of my head.
Not sure why this trick works but try it next time.
