He came from far away.
His eyes were blue,
His hair was chestnut 
with pieces of silver strewn throughout.
He had alpine cheekbones and hands too beautiful to be real,
That mouth... 
it beckoned to be met with another.

His lips tasted of cigars
And his tongue that tasted of Cabernet.
He was a perfect example of everything I could want,
A perfect example of what I could never have.
Now he is here.
Close enough to touch,
To kiss, 
Close enough to brush the fallen hair from the cerulean pools that seemed to know the effect he had on me.
So I stay away,
I look but don’t touch,
Admiring from far away...
