“But thanks be to God! For in union with Christ we are always led by God as prisoners in Christ's victory procession. God uses us to make the knowledge about Christ spread everywhere like a sweet fragrance” – 2 Corinthians 2:14 (GNB)

By Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, you’ve been offered like a sweet-smelling incense offered to God.

The Holy Spirit, with His unique and awesome personality is your beauty and also the glory of your life. Thus you unveil the personality of the One who expresses Himself through you, talks to you, and also through you. It’s He who leads and guides you and actuates your walk in the way of righteousness.

You spread this fragrance everywhere to the saved and the unsaved alike. To the former, it’s a fragrance that brings life. However, to the latter, “….it is a deadly stench that kills….” (2Co 2:16)

That you are called into the fellowship of Christ and therefore are in his class; that God, the maker of the whole universe dwells in you; that you have the very life and nature of God and that you are as righteous as God is righteous is what sounds fallacious to them.

They can’t fathom how you are a true witness and a living proof that Christ was braised from the dead by the glory of the Father, and is alive today. It sounds ridiculous and nonsensical to them how a person they know and live with in the same neighborhood all of a sudden says, “I’m born again and so I have a new life. I’m a new being; the old life and nature are supplanted by God’s divine nature!”

No wonder, the Word says in 1 Corinthians 1:21 that “For God in his wisdom made it impossible for people to know him by means of their own wisdom. Instead, by means of the so-called "foolish" message we preach, God decided to save those who believe” (GNB)

Your heavenly Father’s “love is so great that we are called God's children—and so, in fact, we are. This is why the world does not know us: it has not known God”- 1 John 3:1. God is not known through the senses.

God planned that through you, He will bless and transform lives in your world and beyond.  You manifest his joys, principles, majesties, glories, beauties, lights, praises, graces, and many more.

As a child of God, you bring joy where there is sorrow; healing where there is sickness, disease, weakness, or ailments; hope to hopeless situation; peace in turmoil; salvation to the unsaved, and more.

Therefore every contact you make leaves a trace whether visible or invisible to the optical eyes.

If you haven’t received Christ into your life, here’s the opportunity to do so. Without Christ, life is not worth living in this crooked and perverse world of today.

John 5:24 says, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life”

To receive Christ is by your heart and your mouth. Romans 10:9-10 says, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and you believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation” - EMTV

Do you believe that? If you do, pray out this prayer with all your heart:

“O, Lord God. I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. I believe he died for me and God raised him from the dead. I believe he’s alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in his Name, I have eternal life; I’m born again. Thank you, Lord, for saving my soul! I’m now a child of God. Hallelujah!”

Congratulations! You are now a child of God; you’re now in conscious fellowship with him.
