   So I've been brainstorming ideas from other businesses that I've been studying recently. As most of you know, the app requires funds in order to keep it working. One way that I've noticed a few well-known companies which took off off the ground started an official poetry and short story competition. During the early period of these companies, they were collecting $1 or $2 from each person that entered the Poetry competition and at the end of the competition the winner would receive a portion of the funds paid out. 25% was given to the judge, 25% was given to the business, and 50% was given to the winner. Believe it or not, this cost helped them to take off of the ground and have become some of the best-known businesses today for writing. Doing this of an official nature would get publicity and also reward some of our users. You would not be required to join, it would be expected to follow official rules and some users would be rewarded for their participation in these events.

This doesn't need to be limited to poems. Short stories, articles, or any types of writings.
   Would there be enough people willing to participate in a venture such as this? Keep in mind if I got enough entry's the winner could win as much as $50 - $1000 per monthly winner. That's a lot more than $1 or $2. There's plenty of talented writers on this app that could win. If you like, I could even do one for kids under eighteen, and ones eighteenand over as well.
