Matters not what my name may be,

I am one of millions of a sea of victims.

Victims of  crimes often left unspoken.

Victims of thefts that can never be regained.

My face my not stand out,

I mingle well into a crowd.

I hide in plain sight.

I wear an illusion that i'm alright.

No justice for what I endured,

Gaining a lifetime of fear.

One selfish stolen act assured.

This face you see, just beyond lay pure fear.

Memories engraved deep within,

Like etchings upon marble stone.

With lecherous thieving it did begin.

Committed by one who'll never atone

I am silenced, hidden, ashamed.

I fade with every victim before me,

Lost among millions, faces of the shamed.

These victims of lusts greed.
