I say this with total seriousness, without malice, without happiness, Trump is clearly emotionally and mentally unstable.

The content of his careless tweets, his interactions with other world leaders and his own administration members prove my belief.

Forget the Russian-Trump scandal, forget his on-camera admission with Lester Holt that he obstructed justice by firing James Comey because he would not stop the FBI investigation. He needs to be removed from office because  his statements and actions prove he is not well. 

Congress needs to enact the 25th Amendment to remove him for the best interests of the nation. Will they have the integrity to do it? Unlikely! What a piss poor collection of partisan lightweights we have elected.

Time will prove that this President and Congress are the worst in our history.
