Dear God,
Mothers health has been
Placed at your feet
Her life now as always
Is in your hands
And God,
When deciding upon
Mothers fate
look into her heart, 
her soul, to see
How she loved 
and cherished family
See the fear, the love, the faith she has in you
See how close to perfect
Her imperfections are
But mostly God,
Please simply see
She's my Mom
She's always been
