My step sister has been cutting herself. And smacking her wrist with a rubber band. What do I do?

I care about her. But she told me not to tell.

I'm afraid she will never trust me ever again.

Should I tell my dad and stepmom mom... Or should I just keep my mouth shut.

Please, I need to know what to do. I'm so confused and afraid that she's gonna hurt herself. And it hurts me.

Comfort her. Make her feel that she is needed and slowly take away what she's using to cut herself with. If worse comes to worse tell an adult. If you TRULY care about her it's better to lose her trust than to lose her completely
