Several years of drug abuse took it's toll on her - mentally, physically, and spiritually. It sucked the life right out from within  She was slowly committing suicide. Who was she? Did she even know who she was anymore? She was so far gone,  selling her soul to the devil himself.

Her addiction was on a downward spiral, getting worse by the day. Life became unmanageable after a short period of time. Instead of controlling the drugs, the drugs were controlling her, sending her to places you'd never dream about.

Growing up in an upper-middle class community, she had little to no street knowledge, as most people never do who were raised in these types of enviroments. That would also change in a swift minute. The street life was one she'd have to learn and learn well.

When the drugs became more than she could afford, becoming a dealer would be the next best way. The profit from her sales would be enough to cover her habit and it did for a while.

She started carrying a gun, which was illegal as all hell. It was given to her to use as protection. She thanks her lucky stars that it never had to be used.

Then she was ambushed by four women on a back street in downtown Pittsburgh. They whipped her ass hard, taking two bricks of heroin, eight-hundred dollars in cash and left me for dead. She had a shank held up to her throat and ended up doing time in the women's penitentiary in Muncy Pennsylvania. Ten months to be exact. That was in 2011. After doing that time she came to her senses, never dealing a drug ever again. However, it didn't stop her from using, relapse occurred several times following her prison sentence.

It wasn't until 2016 that she finally considered her life, her family and the many other blessings she once took for granted.

Then she finally began to transition her lifestyle for the best. There were far too many dances with the devil and she didn't miss them one bit.

Once again, she was able to light the way with her beautiful smile, her kind heart and loving soul. It wasn't easy breaking the bad habits and addictive thinking patterns however, she did finally come back to life and she came back stronger than ever before.
