I ignite the crater,
in which you've buried your victims 

But first 

Somehow you've found yourself crashed down the dirt walls and into the abysmal pin you set for us
Where I once was, 
At the mercy of your  sinister intent

Your body is broken,
Your fate decided 
You lay atop their bones 
Like star crossed lovers finding their fate forever intertwined
(You're tied to the ones, even you hurt)

You shudder at the end in sight 

The irony in which you've become as they were 
In their final cry to God 

The barrel of my gun, cocked and loaded, declares your rath be over for us,
For me alone
No longer will you torture
My memory
My dream

I won't shoot
Instead, I say we bask in my surprise 

Lest you swallow kerosene and light a match 
Salvation never tasted so sweet 
For I know what lies ahead of you 

And here is where I liberate  you from time chased  backward

Time regretting forever,
A regret you'll never outrun 
A thirst you'd never quench 
An itch that will return over and over and over
Your dying days will know no such thing as rest
Better, corrosion


So 
Let this be it
Let the end to your rot arrive
Listen to the breast of the fire billow from deep within the earth
Taking you further and further from your bed of sin 
Take it in 
Die knowing I've saved you, from what would slowly have its way

For every soul he wears around his finger
So shall a man walk heavily upon this Earth 
His doom begets him with each step
