Secured serene scrutiny
Procured rinches from a high horse
Half-witted impurvious sentencing
Relesh in invidiousness and bigotry
Dark demons dictating decisions
Light of knowledge is the only defense
But even the brightest casts shadows
Where demons grow and torment
Death is a welcomed haven
But darkness and evil are escapless
A forever journey fixed to lose 
A dangled carrot; the simple ruse
We grieve the dead
But should mourn the living
