Yoseph and Jessica met in a secret area; a couple miles from there city- state. They wore dark clothes to match the dark night, so no one can spot them. "So..." Yoseph said nervously. "So..." Jessica said nervously as well, playing with her fingers. They stared at each other for awhile, looking at the ground instead of each other. Yoseph held Jessica's hand and pulled her closer to him; "I didn't know you were part of the Sword Cult, or at least head of it now." Jessica looked into his eyes, "Yeah, and I didn't know til the meeting; orientation, you are boss of the Gun Gang Family." They smiled and laughed a little.
"You there!" shouted a voice, "get away from Head Swordswoman! Now!" Yoseph looked towards the man that was running towards him. He kissed Jessica and took off. Yoseph ran across a wheat field, he lost the helicopter that was following him, but now he was being tracked down by guards with dogs. "Crap!" he said quietly. He took off the other way, then he got cornered again, he ran to an abandon house; he his in the house.
"You are surrounded, come out now!" shouted the head guard. Jessica arrived to the scene in her private car, "Oh no," she thought in her head, "not good!" Yoseph came out, after 15 minutes being surrounded in the house. Everyone jaws dropped, Yoseph looked at Jessica. Jessica looked at Yoseph. "Your coming with us King Gun Yoseph!"
They went to court. Jessica was there. Tiffit too; and King Don. Yoseph was charged on kidnapping Jessica. Jessica got worried, the whole service was long. "Alright we will hear from the victim and the accuser!" stated the judge. Jessica sent first; she started shaking and looked over at Yoseph. He pointed towards his phone, he sent a message: "Lie, I'll be fine. I promise." She looked up and nodded.
"Um... I was walking outside the area, needed some time on my own, then him, Yoseph, came out of nowhere. He shot a tree next to me, then the air, I got worried." she paused, "I got worried, scared, he pushed me to the ground. Had the gun to my head, he asked, forced, me to give all the money I had on me; which was like 200, 000 erns. When my guards showed up he kissed me and took off..." Jessica looked at Yoseph who put a thumbs up, then looked at the judge. She returned back to her seat and sat quietly looking down, blushing.
Yoseph walked up. He sat down and glared at Jessica to make everyone and thing feel the tension between the two. "Yeah, I shot the tree and the air. I also did force her to give me the 200, 000 erns. But I also touched her thigh before the stupid guards caught me! So like she said, I kissed her and booked it!" Everyone booed Yoseph and threw things at him. The judge sentenced him to 1 day in jail and penalty of the Sword Cult choosing.
A day already passed, his time was up and now his punishment. Jessica spoke to him before it started.
"Baby, why did you- '"I'm not ready for everyone to know of us, not yet. I know I'm getting slashed on the back and my eye out... I'll be fine, I love you'" interrupted Yoseph kissing her. Jessica teared up, "I love you too."
Yoseph was tied to a pole. Jessica couldn't watch beyond that point. Tiffit on the other hand could, also could King Don.
"Yoseph, this your punishment from me!" commented King Don.
"Nasty Gun Family!"commented Tiffit.
Everyone cheered in the stand. Blood stained the sand, turning it red. Jessica looked the other way, but couldn't keep the sound of her love screaming in pain out of her ears. Tears ran down her cheeks, she tried holding them back. It was time for them to take out one of his eyes.
The process took an hour. His scream could be heard all the way from the next city-state, Nommy. Jessica had to leave the place before she threw up. Everyone cheered. Tiffit smiled. King Don frowned. Yoseph screamed, from the top of his lungs.
"Its worth it, if it means keeping us a secret and keeping you out of harms way!" Yoseph thought in his head.
