They fell silently. But burst with violent blossoms of flames and radiation. We all thought that it was The end for humanity but a small scared fraction of the populous survived. It a been 30 years since the event as we have come to refer to it. The bombs completely changed the way the Earth works now. People now kill people for food, whether it be canned food or there flesh, and radiation is a constant threat to the everyday man. The worst thing above all, is the disease. See the nukes killed most people with its shock wave and fires. It also harboured a dark secret it help a strain of bacteria or virus or some sort of pathogen, we don't know exactly what it is we just know that it mutates any creature that gets exposed to it for a long period of time. Some are internal like a less than amazing lung function or as bad as vicious cancer like growths that run everywhere inside the body. But some completely change the way humans behave or look. I once saw a woman that was 9 feet tall and head to toe purple. She was built like a bodybuilder, but the most horrific thing about her is that she looked like Freddy Krueger with the burn, wrinkled, sliced up skin and a attitude to match. We don't know exactly why the bombs fell we just know that they did. We think it was to cause abominations by infecting people and creatures with the illness. But anyway I'll save that for next time.
