Just telling you... being social sucks. I mean seriously there is so many things that can go wrong. 
Trust me I have major social anxiety. 
One of things I hate that teachers ask of me is this.
Teacher: Can you drop this off at another teacher in a diffrent classroom?
In my head:
CAN I JUST SAY NO?
PEOPLE WILL SEE ME!
WHAT IF I GO TO THE WRONG CLASSROOM!?!
WHAT IF I SAY THE WRONG THING!?!
WHAT IF I DIE!?!
Me in real life: um... sure
In head: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i know that feeling well. I had social anxiety for as long as I remember. Back when I was a kid in elementary school, If i didn't have a pencil for a test or something, i would sit silently stressing out instead of risking asking anyone for a pencil.
