Today I went to the summer carnival in the town where my friend Ashtin lives. I woke up this morning much earlier than usual and I couldn't wait to emerge out the front door. I packed my overnight bag with a few necessities inside it and BOOM! Off I went.
My pap dropped me off at Ashtin's house about a half hour later and that was at 10:00 a.m. I have not stopped since my feet dropped. First I had breakfast with Ashtin and his family, and we went to the carnival. I love carnivals..I was pumped!
When we pulled up, we all got out of the card and walked through the gate where us kids all got ride passes. Ashtin's older sister Ashlynn went with her cute teenager friend's. Then Ashtin and I went with Mr. and Mrs. Carson to ride rides. 
The most exciting ride to me was the very fun and only THE FUN HOUSE. We got trapped up in this glass mirror maze and I couldn't stop laughing as our appearances seemed to have a very funny funhouse looking image. We walked through it 5 more times. I kid you not! Lol
After spending all that time in the fun house we rode the fun slide, the miniature roller coaster, the tumble bug and the bumper cars also.
After all that running and riding around  we began to build up an appetite. Mr. and Mrs. Carson bought us pizza and ice cream. It was both real good but after eating that good food Ashtin got an upset belly. I sat on the park bench with him until he started to feel better. Hey that's what friends are for? He would've done the same for me.
Then before we went to walk out of the gate we stopped at the bouncy house for a little while where we took some really cool pictures of one another jumping in the air. Today was a fun day at the summer carnival and I couldn't have spent it with a better friend than Ashtin. I hope we can do it all over again next year.
