Tossing and turning ,going crazy in my mind ..I'm loosing this battle between me and I ..the silence is blind ..the sights are so loud...confused ..where I'm  running in this thought cloud...seeing double vision can't see straight am I dreaming or am I dying ..lying on the floor cold and alone ...needing someone to hold me close ..pushing away any emotional bond don't want the conversation ...just need to know you will catch me when I fall...must be alone ..can't speak I'm weak ...let me be ..alone and cold in this panic attack...
