This is what i deal with every night before i sleep because of my insomnia and the ticking of a clock. Being left alone in a dark room with only my thoughts tick there goes the clock again. Tick tick not a single tock from this clock. Dark, alone, thoughts tick, clock, no tock, one person, tick fight, many, conversation, room, filled tick, many people, one person, tick tick tick tick, help 
(I kid you not, this is literally what I deal with.Hope everyone is having a great summer >^.^<)
