Most people dread rainy weather because they can't go outside and enjoy the sunshine. Yes that is very true but you can't let the rainy weather hold you back from enjoying the great outdoors. As long as you have no lightning then you have no problem. 
Today it rained non stop all day. I was bored so I called my mom to pick me up since I had no homework. She took me to Eat & park for dinner. After we had dinner we stopped at Robinson Park where we got out and played in the pouring down rain. It was a total blast. It rained so hard.  The water was running down the hillside and things started to flood. Then we took our flip flops off and ran through all the puddles and we were soaking wet. It was the greatest thing ever. People driving by probably thought we were a little bit crazy but that's ok. You only live once. 
Now it's getting late and I have to go home. Blah blah blah. I wish I didn't have to but I have school tomorrow. That was the highlight of my day. I'm lucky to have a mom that's young at heart. It doesn't get better than that.
