 Do u know that the dish named momos, was the person name(the child cook). 
   It's long time time before a child in Manipal used to work as labour at small stall he used to walk 3 miles to go and come back home after his work. His father was father was expired long ago. Later he stop his childhood joy and took responsibility for his family livelihood. 
One day, his mom cooked some food for his lunchbox. At work place he was starving for lunch. Later in the afternoon, finally it's  lunch time. He went back store of his stall for having lunch and saw a girl hungry begging for herself. He felt very sad and felt much pity on her. He then realised how painful it is to be. Then opened his box which was filled with some boiled vegetable n chapati. He then rolled it up and maked it look like a dish and gave it to her. She felt happy for that but she was surprised what exactly it is. She then asked him what exactly it is and what it's called in her own language. But he didn't understand what she asked and thought that she was asking about his name. Then he replied with a pleasant smile that it's momo. She meant it as the dish name. Finally, she liked it so much. Later she started makeover in life started working at some restaurant and one day she introduced that same dish and named it as momo.
