This is the final part in this 6 part mini story but I'm aiming to write more in the future, so I hope you enjoy this conclusion.

Before long, the sky turned black and storm clouds began to gather and the group of Survivors had to run for cover. They eventually found some shelter and rested for a bit. " What happened to the City was dreadful" said Trevor, "Yes" replied Grace, another of the Survivors. 
After a few hours, the rain stopped and they continued into the heart of the City to find out more.
They reached the City and in front of them was a sight that would be heartbreaking.  There were bodies everywhere. Just as they began to head forward, a man jumped them and injured two Survivors.  "Hey, who goes there" shouted The Captain, brandishing a flashlight. "Sorry, I'm so sorry to scare you like this but I need to go" said the man and just ran off.
Trevor saw this and was outraged so he chased the man down and dragged him back to face the others. "What the Hell you do that for" The Captain bellowed. "They could die!, anything you wanna say before I kill you in self defence?."
"Go ahead, kill me, but know this. I will not be forgotten" pleaded the man. "No excuses" replied The Captain and strangled the life out of him.
They then ran over to the two injured Survivors. 
The two injured members were both laying on the ground in pain. "I think I've been stabbed", "me too" both of the people said. Trevor and Tony both tended to their patients with their health kits.
"This will hurt but it'll heal you in no time" Trevor reassured Katy, one of the injured patients. "Ow!, that really hurt" exclaimed Katy. Tony helped the other injured patient, Tina whose injuries were more severe. Before he could treat her, Tina lost consciousness and began to fit. "Um, has anyone got any First Aid training, I skipped mine" asked Tony. "Yes, I'm on it" answered Grace.
Tina fell in and out of consciousness during the first aid she was receiving, then she began to fit. "Guys, we need urgent help here" Grace said to everyone. Everyone rushed to Tina and worked together to stop the bleeding. Katy, who was stabbed too began to fit, without hesitation Trevor placed a jacket under her head and saved her dying from banging her head hard against the concrete ground.
Katy stopped fitting after a few minutes and regained consciousness just when Tina flatlined. "We did everything we could, but the stab wound was too deep" Grace assured. "I'm gonna go for a walk" Tony said.
As Tony walked away, Katy gained strength to walk and caught up and reassured him that she will not be forgotten and a moment of weakness at Tony' s expense led him to kiss Katy on the lips. "Tony!?, what are you doing" Grace said angrily. "We've just lost a valuable member and you're just going around kissing people. What's wrong with you? Come on guys, let's find a place to send for help and get outta here" continued Grace. 
"I I I'm sorry" Tony answered upset.
Everyone made their way into a City building which was the Communication Tower incidentally. They sent for help and they got a reply within minutes. "Hello?, we've received your help request and are on route. Medical assistance will be provided also".
The rescue ship arrived and everyone got on including Tony who was carrying Tina, "anyone need medical treatment?", "Yes, I do" trembled Katy and then collapsed. After a few hours, Katy was in Recovery, everyone standing round and upon reflecting on recent events, broke down in tears over the death of one of their own.
"Sometimes, you can never predict the unpredictable. You're never prepared for the worst but when it happens, you need to work together and emerge strong"
This was the story of sadness.
Hope is that you're prepared for the worst, no matter what. You can take away everyone's essentials but you can never replace their spirit.
