Sounds reasonable, no? So at least we know he is not stupid. That's the good news. The bad news? Lying Fake President is either deliberately sabotaging his own agreement wirh Kim to make points with his boss, Vlad Putin, or he has slipped into the abyss of dementia.  Which is it? Sad!
