Waking up, but feeling down
Open my eyes and look around
Check the mirror, only to see
Just a stranger looking back at me
I get ready for the day 
Hoping nothing gets in my way
I start to walk, because I have no car
My destination is never far
Seeing life just moving on
Only reminds me that you are gone
I come back home to eat and sleep
I don't say a word, not even a peep
It's been happening since I don't know when
Then it starts all over again.
