Whisper in my ear, 
The lies you want to hear. 
I've moved on,
You were wrong.
I won't forever live in fear.

Whisper to me 
Why you can't see 
My petty tears. 
They've lasted for years. 
But you leaving set me free. 

Whisper to me your fate.
I don't know what to say.
I know you'll never be happy 
Unless you change.
Monsters all die, 
But if that's so, 
Then why? 
Why can't you go? 

No, not you, 
Not my mother or dad. 
Not my lover, my teacher, my friends, 
They don't make me sad.

It's myself, 
I am the one who harms. 
So why can't I disappear, 
Change my mindset, be okay.
Why am I this way? 

Whisper to me that answer  
You've always been so wise. 
I hate you, but I need you. 
I'm not me without you. 
No, I'm not alive 
Not without you by my side.
