Our minds are full of potential ,but why can't we have acces to that potential ,I ask myself this,we all saw a lot of movies where they showed what happens if we break our barriers,of course you will say that it's just a movie,but everything has a spark of truth in it ,every mit ,every legend every story,I would like to experience this ,I would like to know how it feels ,I saw a lot of theories of how you can unlock this limiters but none of them are proved by facts ,so until I see a person wich can show me that he or she broke those limits,and by limits I don't reffer to well trained atlets,I refer to our mind limits
