"I'll be loving you forever, deep inside my heart you'll leave me never" ... each time I hear these first two lines of this song; (https://youtu.be/CG0qyejfSAE) my heart would start to pound, my knees would go weak, and your face would automatically appear before my eyes. Bet you didn't know that you were the one who had introduced that song to me.
From the first time I heard you play it, I was drawn to it for it clearly spoke to me in words of how I feel about you. You live in that very song that I've obsessed over, embedded in lyrics I'd never forget. You awakened feelings in me which I never even knew I had.
I've searched for you all my life - finding bits and pieces of you in every guy that had entered my life. Somehow, deep inside I knew the you that I was looking for existed somewhere in this world.
I went through guys like a change of clothes, searching endlessly for you. To think that my turf used to be your playground, that at one time you used to work just a few doors from where I used to work and that I frequented your place of work a few times a week, that we had attended the same concerts and showcases, been in the same venue at the same time, and yet, never once did we meet.
It would be errant for me to say that love blossomed between us when it was more of a discovery within the certainty of reunion.
Love caught us like an invisible web, catching us unaware as the threads of the web pulled us closer. As incomprehensible gravity pulled us together, we found that we simply fit in the most mysterious ways - a series of recollection and recognition that runs itself free from inhibitions. It grows on its own without needing much help from you or me.
When I finally met you, I just knew that my search was over. I have finally found what I've been looking for. I don't presume to know what you will be in my life, and for the first time I am not asking. I already get a lot of answers for myself just through your existence in my life. No matter what lies ahead of us, this love will never die because as the song says.... "You make loving you so easy for me".
