Question About The Update Read Count : 88

I know it takes patience to get used to the new update and that it can seem a little confusing now....But.. I'm kinda confused about the read count. Like does it show who read it today or who has read it before because on one of my posts I have 124 read counts, yet I don't see that much people have read it. Is it still doing some updating or is it because not many people actually read it?

    I think the read count is how many people total have read or viewed a story. When you view or read your own story though, it counts. I THINK. I'm not sure, I just got this like....a month ago.

  • The read count is how many total reads not how many people have read it. The list of people will only show once so if a reader reads it multiple times, that will increase your read count. Writings from before the update won't show who read it until the start of the update. I hope that helps.
