You show us how to grow 
You show us how to love one another
You show us which path to take
You show us your worth each day
You show us through the light of the way every where we go
It is because of you we can build ourselves up from failure
It is because of you we strive to do the right things in life
We stumble when we do not follow 
We fall
We crawl
We walk 
We pray 
We praise
We worship
We adore
We cherish
We love you
You have shown us how to be strong when those around us want to knock us down
You have given us hope for a better future for ourselves and our children
Because of you we stand tall
Because of you we can climb those tall mountains
Because of you we can win our battles that get thrown at us
