I had an operation, was I finally fixed? After all this time I could use both my legs... I stood slowly, almost toppling over but caught my balance. I couldn't believe it, I was awake without my wheel chair, I would never have to use it again! There were so many things I wanted to try but what first?? I ran outside my hair blowing behind me. I wanted to dance. I could finally fulfill that dream. I wanted a little adventure, I wanted to be able to live a little. After being traumatised by a doll the hospital had no choice but to operate on my legs. If they hadn't I wouldn't be standing here now. Problem is now I can't be lazy, I have to walk and I also have to do personal training at school. Luckily I made it through to the last term without having to do PE. Mum told me to keep the doll, I didn't want to but she made me. Why? I'm not sure, she saw what it did. Nika had been moved to another country for therapy and I had to keep the doll! I felt so guilty, I had no idea what to do... "Ani! Come on we are going out, and bring that doll!" I ran downstairs the doll being held by the hair. Would I ever see my little sister?
